Liberty Global Will Present In Barcelona On November 18 And May Comment On Outlook

Liberty Global, which runs broadband and mobile businesses in Europe, will present at a Morgan Stanley conference in Barcelona on Wednesday, November 18, and may comment on its historical operating performance and outlook, the company said in an 8-K filed Wednesday.

Barcelona, 1:00 p.m. CET

The talk is part of the Morgan Stanley European Technology, Media & Telecom Conference, set for 1:00 p.m. CET at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, Spain.

The webcast will run live at libertyglobal.com. The company intends to archive it in the Investor Relations section of its website for approximately 30 days.

Liberty Global said it "may make observations" on performance and outlook, a standard caveat that leaves open whether it will give any new figures.

Two platforms, one consolidated joint venture

In its boilerplate, Liberty Global describes two platforms. Liberty Telecom provides about 80 million fixed and mobile connections across Europe, with aggregate revenue of $22 billion. That total includes about $13 billion from the nonconsolidated VMO2 joint venture and $9 billion from consolidated operations.

The $9 billion includes 100% of the revenue of the VodafoneZiggo joint venture. Liberty Global began consolidating VodafoneZiggo in July 2026, after it acquired Vodafone's 50% interest.

Liberty Growth, the second platform, invests in technology, media, sports and infrastructure businesses. It holds roughly 70 companies and funds valued at $3.4 billion, as independently valued at December 31, 2025.

Liberty Global's Class A, B and C shares trade on Nasdaq under LBTYA, LBTYB and LBTYK, and the Barcelona presentation is set for November 18.
