Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Bullished (bullished.co) is run by Dispatched Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), mailing address 47 Deer View, Sanford, North Carolina, United States. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: matteo@bullished.co.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe to our free newsletter or create an account.
- Newsletter activity: whether you open our emails and which links you click, so we can tell what readers find useful.
- How you found us: the page or site you came from when you signed up.
- Comments you choose to post under a story, with the name you give us.
- Site usage: page views measured by privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
- Technical data your browser sends to any website (such as IP address and browser type), processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Reading Bullished does not require an account. We do not collect payment details, we do not run advertising, and we never sell or rent your personal data.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in; it is removed when you sign out.
How we use your data
- To send the newsletter you asked for (on the basis of your consent).
- To run your account and show your comments (to provide the service you asked for).
- To understand which stories and emails are useful, and to keep the site secure (our legitimate interests).
- To answer you when you write to us.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, bound by data-processing terms: Ghost (Ghost Foundation), which hosts this site, our member list, newsletter and analytics; its email-delivery partner, which sends our emails; and content-delivery networks that serve the site's scripts. Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and newsletter activity for as long as you are subscribed or have an account. When you unsubscribe or delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to comply with the law.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at its bottom, and manage or delete your account from your account settings. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California law), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email matteo@bullished.co. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Bullished is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above; for significant changes we will tell subscribers by email.
