About Bullished
Bullished is a stock-market newsletter built on primary documents. When a company files an 8-K, a fund discloses a stake, an executive sells shares or a CEO answers analysts on an earnings call, we read the document and write down what it says, what changed, and what to watch — in plain English, with every figure linked to the page it comes from.
What you get
- The filing, decoded. Short stories that name the document, quote its operative words and give the comparison that makes a number mean something.
- No hype, no price calls. We report what was disclosed and what it changes. We never tell you to buy or sell.
- Sources on every claim. Each story ends with links to the SEC filings, transcripts and data it rests on, so you can check us.
How it works
We monitor SEC EDGAR, earnings calls, exchange data and other primary sources around the clock. Stories are drafted with software from those documents and reviewed by an editor before anything is published or emailed. If we get something wrong, reply to any newsletter email and we will correct it.
