Arista CEO Jayshree Ullal Files To Sell 130,553 More Shares After $570.8 Million In Sales
Her notice of planned sale lists nine sales in the past three months totaling 2,811,791 shares.
Arista Networks CEO and Chairperson Jayshree Ullal filed a notice of planned sale for 130,553 shares, valued at $28.3 million, with an approximate sale date of 10/09/2026. The same Form 144 lists nine sales over the past three months that brought in $570,773,038 in gross proceeds.
What the filing says
The shares would be sold through Fidelity Brokerage Services. They come from a stock option exercise dated 09/22/2008, paid for by wire, and the form lists Ullal as both an officer and a director.
The three-month table totals 2,811,791 shares across nine sales. The largest was 1,099,495 shares on 08/05/2026, for $221,239,724 in gross proceeds.
The most recent entries are close together: 460,374 shares on 10/06/2026 ($97,642,609), 96,992 on 10/07/2026 ($21,060,920) and 27,990 on 10/08/2026 ($6,055,648). Earlier sales were on 07/09, 07/10, 08/12, 08/25 and 09/25.
What it changes
The new notice adds to a sales run that already totals more than $570 million in proceeds. The proposed sale is far smaller than the August sales, and a planned sale can end up smaller or be spread out over time.
Arista shares closed Friday at $216.74, up 2.73% on the session. As of Thursday's close they were up 61.0% this year and 34.1% over 12 months, within 5% of the 52-week high of $217.32.
Ullal also appeared among the top 10 insider sellers of the third quarter, according to Bloomberg-sourced reporting. It said she sold shares in August under pre-scheduled trading plans and still holds a stake of about two percent in Arista.
Whether more sale notices follow is the next thing to check in her filings, since the form allows the sale to take place over roughly 90 days.
