Arista Networks CEO Jayshree Ullal filed notice Wednesday that she plans to sell 96,992 shares of ANET, a proposed sale the Form 144 values at $21.1 million. The filing also lists seven sales over the past three months.

What the Form 144 says

The form puts the aggregate market value of the proposed sale at $21.1 million, its own stated figure. It lists an approximate sale date of 10/07/2026 and names Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC as the broker. It does not say how many shares Ullal will hold afterward.

The shares come from a stock option exercise on 09/22/2008, acquired from the issuer and paid by wire, according to the filing. It lists Ullal as an officer and director.

The past-three-months table shows 7 sales totaling 2,686,809 shares and $543,656,470 in gross proceeds. That includes 1,099,495 shares sold on 08/05/2026.

How her selling ranks

Bloomberg's tally of third-quarter insider selling, using Washington Service data, put Ullal at 2,226,435 shares sold for $446,013,758. That ranked her second, behind Nvidia director Mark Stevens.

Bloomberg also reported that her sales were made under pre-scheduled 10b5-1 trading plans, and that she still owns a two per cent stake in Arista. It put her net worth at $8.7 billion.

What to watch

A Form 144 is a notice of intent, and it permits sales within roughly 90 days of filing. Whether Ullal sells the full amount will show up in a later Form 144.

The Form 144 lists 96,992 shares for sale, but only a later filing will show how many she sold.
