Amphenol President and CEO Richard Adam Norwitt plans to sell 799,576 shares of the company's common stock, with an aggregate market value of $65.9 million, according to a Form 144 filed Monday. The form is the notice an insider files before selling.

Option exercise feeds the sale

The shares come from options Norwitt exercised under a registered plan, paying cash to the company, and the filing dates the acquisition to November 2, 2026. The approximate sale date is also 11/02/2026.

The sale would be handled by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC Executive Financial Services. The filing lists Norwitt's relationship to Amphenol as officer.

The company and its stock

Amphenol, which designs and makes electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, sensors, antennas and cable, sells into markets including automotive, aerospace, communications, defense, industrial and data communications. Its largest segment, Communications Solutions, made up 52% of 2025 net sales, according to its 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025.

APH shares closed at $79.84 at Monday's close. As of Friday's close the stock was up 17.4% this year and 14.0% over 12 months on a split-adjusted basis, within a 52-week range of $59.01 to $89.93.
