WEBTOON's board approved a $567,009 relocation payment for CEO and Chairman Junkoo Kim and rewrote his employment contract to double his severance, an 8-K shows. The filing became public Monday after the market close; the stock was $10.46, down 0.38%, in market data as of Monday at 4:31 p.m. ET.
The Marvel Comics app debuts at New York Comic Con from October 8 to 11, and launches November 16.
