Triple Flag Sold 25,030 Gold Equivalent Ounces In Third Quarter, Expects 2026 Between Midpoint And High End Of Raised Range

Triple Flag Precious Metals reported preliminary third-quarter revenue of US$106.7 million on sales of 25,030 gold equivalent ounces, according to a release dated Wednesday and furnished to the SEC on Form 6-K. CEO Sheldon Vanderkooy said the company is on track for 2026 sales between the midpoint and high end of its raised guidance.

What the release says

Gold supplied 16,519 ounces and US$70.4 million of revenue. Silver added 7,530 gold equivalent ounces and US$32.1 million, and copper and other metals 981 gold equivalent ounces and US$4.2 million.

The company says the figures are unaudited and preliminary, and that actual third-quarter sales and costs may vary significantly after management's final review.

The quarter included the first deliveries from the Ravenswood gold mine in Australia. Vanderkooy said: "Triple Flag is on track to achieve sales between the midpoint and high end of our recently increased guidance for 2026 of 100,000 to 110,000 GEOs." GEOs are gold equivalent ounces.

Northparkes, Tamarack and other partner news

Vanderkooy called Northparkes the company's flagship asset. Operator Evolution said its mill expansion study will consider throughput of 10 to 11 Mtpa (million tonnes a year), against a current run-rate of about 7.5 Mtpa. The mine has a 575 million tonne measured and indicated resource base, presented on a 100% basis as at December 31, 2025.

The CEO also noted that first gold pour was declared ahead of schedule at Koné, and that Johnson Camp Mine reached commercial production. Drilling at the Vault Zone of Tamarack returned 46.4 meters at 54.78% CuEq, and he said the company looks forward to the project feasibility study in the fourth quarter.

Triple Flag buys rights to a share of a mine's output or revenue rather than operating mines. The release lists 242 assets: 17 streams and 225 royalties, including 36 producing mines. The U.S.-listed shares closed at $30.68 on Tuesday, and the company's market value is $6.3 billion (market data).

What to watch

Triple Flag will release full third-quarter results after the market close on Tuesday, November 3. A call and webcast follow on November 4 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The preliminary numbers get their test on November 3, when full results show whether the quarter holds as reported.

Correction, October 8, 2026: An earlier version of this story's headline said Triple Flag expects 2026 sales near the top of its guidance range; the company said between the midpoint and the high end. It also described silver and copper sales in ounces; the figures are gold equivalent ounces.
