Sidus Space Grows Its Board To Six Seats, Seating Larry Swets Jr. As Audit Committee Financial Expert

Sidus Space added a sixth seat to its board and filled it with Larry G. Swets, Jr., according to an 8-K filed Tuesday covering Monday's action. The board also placed him on its audit committee and designated him the committee's financial expert.
What the 8-K says
The filing, made under Item 5.02 (the section covering director elections), says the board expanded from five to six directors on October 5 and appointed Swets to the new seat. The event date in the report is October 5, 2026.
Swets will serve until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. That term ends sooner if a successor is elected and qualified, or if he dies, resigns or is removed.
The board also named him a member of its Audit Committee and designated him the committee's financial expert. The filing gives no further detail on his background.

The company states there are no arrangements or understandings between Swets and any other person under which he was elected a director.
