The U.S. antitrust waiting period for Tempus AI's planned purchase of Personalis expired at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on October 2, according to an 8-K Personalis filed Tuesday. A vote by Personalis stockholders is now the main step left.
The next filings to look for are the SEC's declaration that the Form S-4 is effective and the announcement of a date for the virtual stockholder meeting.
