Park Aerospace's net earnings for its fiscal second quarter were $4,534,000, against $2,404,000 a year earlier, on sales of $20,791,000 versus $16,381,000. The figures come from a news release furnished with an 8-K filed Thursday for the quarter ended August 30, 2026.

What the results show

Sales also topped the $18,312,000 the company booked in the first quarter, ended May 31, 2026. Earnings per share, basic and diluted, were $0.21, versus $0.12 a year earlier and $0.17 in the prior quarter.
