Oil-Dri CFO Says Reinvestment Could Run 'Higher Than You've Seen' As Borrowing Capacity Rises To $375 Million

Oil-Dri's chief financial officer said on the company's fourth-quarter earnings call that bigger reinvestment in the business is possible, and that the company has raised its total borrowing capacity under two facilities from $200 million to $375 million. CFO Susan Kreh was answering an analyst's question about acquisitions, leverage and capital spending.

Kreh listed capital priorities as unchanged: investment first, then the dividend, then acquisitions, then opportunistic buybacks. Spending above fiscal 2026's $34 million would show whether "higher than you've seen" is a plan.
