JFrog Stock Soars 32.50%, Adding $3 Billion After Cloud Growth And A Forecast Raise
Cloud revenue grew 60% year over year, while JFrog lifted its full-year sales outlook to $680 million–$682 million.
JFrog, which sells tools to store, secure and deliver software packages and AI models, saw its shares soar 32.50% to $98.87 in Friday trading, as of 10:11 AM ET, adding $3 billion in market value. The gain followed Thursday's earnings announcement, which paired rapid cloud growth with a higher full-year revenue forecast.
Cloud Sales Set The Pace
JFrog's cloud business generated $101.5 million in third-quarter revenue, with 60% year-over-year growth. Companywide sales reached $179.2 million, up 31% from a year earlier—a slower pace than the cloud business.
The company now expects full-year revenue of $680 million–$682 million. Its previous forecast was $648 million–$652 million.
Shlomi Ben Haim, JFrog's CEO and co-founder, put software security at the center of his Thursday remarks: “AI agents are writing code faster than any developer can review it.”
A Rebound After A 24% Slide
JFrog entered Friday having lost 24% over the previous month. Even with that decline, the stock's 20% year-to-date gain through Thursday's close exceeded the S&P 500's 8% advance over the same period.
JFrog was on pace for its biggest one-day gain in at least 275 trading sessions in Friday trading, as of 10:11 AM ET. Its total market value stood at $12.19 billion in Friday trading, as of 10:11 AM ET.
Subscriptions, Security And AI Models
JFrog's core product, Artifactory, gives customers a repository for the software packages their applications use. Additional tools scan for security problems, control the outside packages allowed into a company and manage software updates for connected devices.
Customers pay for subscriptions across four tiers. Free trials and a limited open-source version help bring users into paid plans.
As of December 31, 2025, JFrog served about 6,600 customers, including about 83% of the Fortune 100. Customers outside the United States accounted for about 40% of its 2025 revenue.
Ed Grabscheid, JFrog's CFO, said on the earnings call that the company would provide detailed security results at year-end.
