Enovix Legal Chief Arthi Chakravarthy Leaves, With An Interim CEO Signing The Notice

Enovix, which designs and makes lithium-ion batteries with a silicon-anode design, said its chief legal officer and corporate secretary, Arthi Chakravarthy, has departed the company, effective Friday, October 30. The company disclosed the exit Tuesday in an 8-K signed by Interim Chief Executive Officer Ryan Benton.

A dual role, now vacated

Chakravarthy held two posts at Enovix: chief legal officer and corporate secretary. The company's report on officer departures lists both roles as ending with her exit.

The notice carries the signature of Benton, who signs as interim chief executive. Enovix is therefore reporting a senior departure while its top job is held on an interim basis.

The SEC accepted the filing at 5:16 p.m. ET Tuesday, after the market closed.

Shares closed before the news

Enovix shares ended Tuesday's session at $2.94, down about 1%, before the disclosure became public.

The company makes batteries for smartphones, smart eyewear, defense, industrial and emerging edge-AI devices, according to its annual report for the year ended December 28, 2025. Its manufacturing and research are based mainly in Malaysia, South Korea and India, with corporate functions at its US headquarters.

Enovix's Tuesday close of $2.94 came before the departure was made public.
