Vanguard Portfolio Management holds 5.39% of ZoomInfo's common stock, or 15,697,805 shares, according to a passive ownership filing (a Schedule 13G) submitted Friday with a September 30, 2026 event date. ZoomInfo sells cloud-based software and business data that help sales, marketing and recruiting teams find and reach target customers.

Of the total, Vanguard Portfolio Management has sole voting power over 730,417 shares and shared voting power over none. The filing classifies it as an investment adviser.
The position aggregates securities held by Vanguard funds and clients, rolled up through affiliates Vanguard Fiduciary Trust Company and Vanguard Global Advisers. Vanguard Portfolio Management certifies the shares were acquired and are held in the ordinary course of business, not to change or influence control of ZoomInfo.
A stock down 93.8% in five years
ZoomInfo shares traded at $4.39 in Friday trading, down about 2% from the prior close of $4.48, giving the company a market value of $1.3 billion.
A Yahoo Finance commentary noted a 5-year share price decline of 93.8% and an ongoing investigation into insider conduct. Law firm Halper Sadeh said in an October 27 release that it is investigating whether officers and directors breached their fiduciary duties to shareholders.
AI products and a Snowflake connector
ZoomInfo's platform combines a database of company and contact information with tools that route and enrich that data inside customers' CRM systems, plus outreach and candidate-search tools. Customers pay subscriptions.
The company has been pushing into AI-driven data products, and on Friday it announced an MCP connector and API on Snowflake.
