Rush Street Interactive Net Income Jumps 93% To $28.7 Million As Revenue Climbs 39%
RSI posted record North American monthly active users and held its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook.
Rush Street Interactive, which runs the BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse and RushBet online casino and sports betting brands, said third-quarter revenue rose 39% to $385.9 million and net income climbed 93% to $28.7 million. The company reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance in an earnings release filed Wednesday.
Profit outpaces sales
Revenue compares with $277.9 million in the third quarter of 2025. Net income of $28.7 million compares with $14.8 million a year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA, the company's adjusted measure of operating profit, rose 73% to $62.2 million from $36.0 million. Adjusted sales and marketing expense was $54.7 million, or 14.2% of revenue.
For the first nine months, revenue reached $1.15 billion and net income was $84.2 million, according to the release's statements of operations.
A North American user record
Monthly active users, meaning people who placed at least one real-money bet in the month, totaled 907,881, up 42%. North America hit a record 300,572, up 34%, while Latin America, which includes Mexico, reached 607,308, up 46%.
Average revenue per monthly active user was $309 in North America and $58 in Latin America.
CEO Richard Schwartz said the company grew revenue 39% "even as we invested more in marketing where we saw attractive returns." He called online casino "the engine of our profitability." He also said customers who joined during the World Cup continue to play across products, and that Alberta, now more than three months into its launch, should ramp gradually.
Guidance held for 2026
RSI expects 2026 revenue of $1.56 billion to $1.60 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $245 million to $265 million. The ranges include only markets live as of Wednesday and assume similar tax structures, including Colombia's temporary emergency 16% tax decree.
The company offers real-money gaming in 15 U.S. states, Colombia, Alberta and Ontario in Canada, Mexico and Peru, according to the release. It had $381.9 million in cash and cash equivalents at the end of September.
RSI hosts its earnings call at 6:00 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday.
The nine-month figures put operating cash flow at $143.3 million, up from $95.9 million a year earlier.
