Olin Extends Its PNC Receivables Facility To July 31, 2028

Olin, the chemicals and ammunition maker, pushed the scheduled termination date of its receivables purchase agreement with PNC Bank out to July 31, 2028, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday. The change came through a second amendment signed by Olin's wholly owned finance subsidiary on November 4, 2026.

Who signed and in what role

The seller under the agreement is Olin Finance Company, LLC, a wholly owned Olin subsidiary. Olin itself acts as servicer and performance guarantor, and the amendment reaffirms that performance guaranty.

On the other side, PNC Bank, National Association, serves as administrative agent for the purchasers and group agents party to the deal. PNC Capital Markets LLC is the structuring agent.

The document is titled Amendment No. 2 to Receivables Purchase Agreement and Reaffirmation of Performance Guaranty. It amends the original agreement dated November 20, 2024, and the company says it changes that agreement "among other things" beyond the new end date.

A chemicals and ammunition maker

Olin makes chemical products and ammunition in the United States, according to its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025. Its Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls segment, which makes chlorine, caustic soda and vinyl chloride building blocks, accounted for 54% of 2025 sales.

The Epoxy segment, which makes resins used in coatings, wind blades and electrical laminates, accounted for 20%. The Winchester ammunition segment accounted for 26%.

Olin sells to industrial users, distributors, mass merchants, retailers, gun clubs and the U.S. government, which made up about 13% of 2025 sales. About 32% of 2025 sales came from outside the U.S.

The amendment, dated November 4, 2026, moves the agreement's scheduled termination to July 31, 2028.
