Jones Lang LaSalle, the commercial real estate services firm, saw its shares climb 9.31% to $327.86 in Wednesday trading, as of 10:17 a.m. ET, adding about $1.3 billion in market value. The jump followed record third-quarter earnings, a higher full-year profit target and a planned $500 million share repurchase, the company said in an SEC filing.

Leasing fees lead a record quarter

Third-quarter revenue reached $7.28 billion, with adjusted earnings of $6.76 per share. Leasing revenue rose 27%.

The company also raised its full-year profit target and announced the $500 million buyback.

The stock was on pace for its biggest one-day gain since Feb. 18, when it rose 9.6%.

A stock still well off its highs

JLL provides commercial real estate services and investment management for owners, occupiers, investors and developers. It earns fees from facility and property management, leasing advisory, capital markets work, its LaSalle investment arm, and software. It reported 2025 revenue of $26.1 billion, operates in over 80 countries and had more than 113,000 employees at the end of 2025.

Before Wednesday's session, the shares were down about 11% year-to-date as of Tuesday's close, while the S&P 500 was up about 13%. The stock closed Tuesday 24% below its highest close of the past year, set on Aug. 25, so the rally recovers only part of that ground.

The company's annual filing showed an operating margin of 6.7% for 2025.

LaSalle, the company's investment management arm, had $86.4 billion of assets under management at the end of 2025.
