Hewlett Packard Enterprise CEO Antonio Neri sold 250,000 shares at a weighted average of $68.31 on Monday, a sale valued at $17.1 million, according to a Form 4 filed Wednesday. The shares came from his family trust, under a pre-scheduled trading plan filed with the SEC.

What the Form 4 says

The filing checks the Rule 10b5-1 box, the marker for a pre-set trading plan. The trust started that plan on 06/04/26.

After the sale, Neri holds 1,187,329 shares: 4,936 directly and 1,182,393 indirectly through the trust. The filing puts that stake at about $85.6 million at Wednesday's close, and the sale at 17.39% of his holdings.

A run of sales

His four most recent Form 4 filings were all sales, dated from 2025-12-29 to 2026-09-11. Together they total 690,889 shares worth about $26.4 million, per the filing data.

The September 11 sale was also 250,000 shares, at about $60.44. Monday's sale matched it in size at a higher average price.

What to watch

HPE closed Wednesday at $72.09, up 2.28%. In Wednesday after-hours trading it was at $72.28, up 0.26% from that close and above Neri's $68.31 average sale price.

Any further Form 4 filings from Neri would show whether sales under the June-adopted plan continue.

The next Form 4 from Neri will show whether the June plan is still selling.
