Hilary L. Shane reported a 5.1% stake in Bumble's Class A common stock, or 6,810,089 shares, in a joint Schedule 13G filed Monday. The filing, a passive ownership disclosure, certifies the shares were not acquired or held to influence control of the company.

Shane's total is made up of four holdings. ODS Capital LLC holds 4,499,099 shares, or 3.37% of the class. Her revocable trust holds 1,510,290 shares (1.13%), the Oliver Shane Irrevocable Trust holds 708,700 (0.53%), and her traditional IRA holds 92,000.
The filing warns that the same shares appear under more than one reporting person, so the figures must not be added together again. The IRA is described as an account, not a separate reporting person.
