Entegris Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend, Payable November 18 To Holders Of Record October 28

Entegris's board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, the company said Wednesday in an 8-K filing. It will be paid on November 18, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 28, 2026.

What the filing says

The 8-K reports the dividend under Item 8.01, the section companies use for other events. The news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and Chief Financial Officer Sukhi Nagesh signed the filing.

The press release repeats the same terms: $0.10 per share, a November 18, 2026 payment date and an October 28, 2026 record date. It describes Entegris as a supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high-technology industries.

The release says the company has approximately 7,700 employees across its global operations. It lists facilities in the United States, Canada, China, Germany, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.

What it means for holders

If you want the November 18 payment, you need to be a shareholder of record at the close of business on October 28. The release also carries a forward-looking-statements note that covers the company's plans to make dividend payments.

At Tuesday's close, before the announcement, Entegris shares ended at $161.16, up 0.72% on the session.

Two views on the stock

Stifel initiated coverage of Entegris with a Buy rating on October 8. The firm argued that the company's products suit leading-edge logic and memory devices.

A Yahoo Finance commentary by Sasha Jovanovic took a more cautious line. It pointed to sales that have been roughly flat for about two years and to constrained free cash flow.

The dates to mark are October 28 for the record date and November 18 for payment.
