Its adjusted EBITDA target of $65 million is unchanged. Oncology test volume grew 32%, and Data and Applications revenue rose 33% to $108.1 million, the company reported. Cash and marketable securities stood at $854.4 million at the end of September. ## What Tempus sells Tempus, based in Chicago, operates five testing labs and links lab results to patients' own clinical data. Its Diagnostics line sells genomic sequencing and pathology tests. Data and Applications licenses de-identified data and provides analytics and algorithm-based diagnostics to drug developers. The stock was on pace for its biggest one-day gain since Oct. 5, when it rose 9.0%. In October it announced a data-licensing collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb worth up to $137.5 million over five years.
