The filing says the Skyworks merger took effect on October 5, ending Starboard's position and the board seat held by Peter Feld.

The amendment ends Starboard's reporting obligation on Qorvo, and the next item to track is the extended expiration of the Skyworks exchange offers for the 2029 and 2031 notes.
