[Solaris Energy Infrastructure](https://www.bullished.co/tag/sei/), which supplies modular power equipment to data centers and other commercial customers, said it signed its largest and longest power contract to date: [15 years, about 900 MW](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20261104636686/en/Solaris-Energy-Infrastructure-Announces-Third-Quarter-2026-Results-Additional-Power-Contracts-and-Increased-Guidance?ref=bullished.co), with an investment-grade customer. The company also raised its adjusted EBITDA guidance for the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027, it said Wednesday in an [8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001697500/000162828026070286/sei-20261104.htm?ref=bullished.co).

## Guidance goes up

Solaris now expects fourth-quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA of [$165-185 million](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20261104636686/en/Solaris-Energy-Infrastructure-Announces-Third-Quarter-2026-Results-Additional-Power-Contracts-and-Increased-Guidance?ref=bullished.co), up from $145-180 million. For the first quarter of 2027 it lifted the range to $220-260 million from $200-240 million. Adjusted EBITDA is the company's earnings measure before interest, taxes, depreciation and certain other items.

Co-CEOs Bill Zartler and Amanda Brock said they expect 2027 adjusted EBITDA to be "more than double 2026." They said quarterly adjusted EBITDA has "more than doubled over the last year."

## A 900 MW, 15-year contract

The agreement was signed October 29 with an existing customer the company describes as a leading, investment-grade industrial and technology company. It covers power generation, balance-of-plant equipment, and operations and maintenance, with an option to extend for another 15 years. Deployments are expected to start in the first half of 2027 and scale through 2028.

It is the third long-term contract this year with an investment-grade counterparty, and it brings total capacity under long-term contracts to 3.2 GW. Solaris also secured another 200 MW of generation capacity by buying equipment ahead of long manufacturer queues, for deployment under customer contracts in 2027\. Pro forma generation capacity is now about 3.5 GW in 2029\. It also signed a seven-year operating and maintenance deal covering about 400 MW owned by an existing customer.

## Third-quarter results

Revenue was about $341 million, up 55% from the second quarter. Net income was $39 million, or $0.42 per diluted Class A share. Adjusted EBITDA was about $136 million, up 26% from the second quarter.

The Power Solutions segment, which supplies flexible on-demand power infrastructure, brought in about $284 million, up 79%. It averaged about 820 MW earning revenue, down 14% from about 950 MW as temporary third-party generation was released while Solaris moves to owned capacity. Logistics Solutions, which makes equipment for handling materials used in well completions, had revenue of $57 million, down 7% on lower last-mile transportation activity.

In the company's 10-K for 2025, one data center customer made up 88% of Power Solutions revenue.

## $1.5 billion of financing

Solaris completed a $1.25 billion senior unsecured notes offering and added $200 million of bank commitments, taking its revolving credit facility to $850 million, currently undrawn. S&P Global Ratings (BB-), Moody's Ratings (Ba3) and Fitch Ratings (BB) reaffirmed its credit ratings.

The board approved a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.12 per share, payable December 18 to holders of record December 8.

Management hosts its earnings call Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern.
