# Satellogic Interim CFO Dustin Greer Gets A $150,000 One-Time Bonus, Amended 8-K Shows

Satellogic has now disclosed, in an [8-K/A](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001874315/000187431526000050/satl-20260821.htm?ref=bullished.co) filed Friday, that its Compensation Committee approved a one-time cash bonus of $150,000 for Dustin Greer, its interim chief financial officer. The amendment fills in a detail the company said had not been determined when it first reported his appointment.

## What the amended filing says

The committee of Satellogic's board approved the bonus on October 8, according to the amendment. The company calls it the "Interim CFO Bonus," tied to Greer's appointment as interim CFO.

The amendment amends the company's [original 8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001874315/000187431526000042/satl-20260904.htm?ref=bullished.co), which reported Greer's appointment and which the amendment says was filed on August 27, 2026\. The company said the new filing is made solely to disclose his compensation, which "had not been determined at the time of the Original Report." Except for that, the amendment leaves the original report unchanged.

The form was signed Friday by Noah S. Benz, the company's senior vice president and general counsel.

## How and when the bonus gets paid

The money is not due now. The company will pay it, less applicable taxes and withholdings, at the same time it pays 2026 annual performance bonuses to its executive officers.

The amount is also not locked in. The board may adjust the bonus, in its discretion, when it approves those 2026 executive officer performance bonuses.

The bonus is subject to the company's compensation recovery policy, to the extent applicable. The filing does not give any other terms.

## What to watch

The next step is the board's approval of 2026 executive officer performance bonuses. That is the point at which Greer's $150,000 could change.

Until the board approves the 2026 executive bonuses, $150,000 is the approved figure, not a final payment.
