The company furnished the deck in an [8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0002082866/000208286626000094/pnfp-20261104.htm?ref=bullished.co) on Wednesday, ahead of a Thursday fireside chat. ## Five months to conversion day The deck says the conversion remains on track for March 2027 and that testing, training and client-first preparation support confidence in a successful switch. The company had shown the March target in earlier [8-K](https://www.bullished.co/learn/8-k-items-explained/) filings, so the new detail is the calendar. November brings testing, digital mock runs and client outreach. December is for training and fixing defects, January for a mock conversion, and February for conversion notices mailed to clients. The deck cites more than 1,600 points of embedded support across the footprint. Pinnacle also lists new tools for the switch: an AI-powered commercial digital assistant for client servicing, a digital switch tool for commercial clients, and a chat tool built by Synovus for quick reference to policies and procedures. Work already delivered this year includes migrations of client care, mortgage origination, the HSA offering and select capital markets capabilities. ## Retention, hiring and client scores Revenue producer retention stands at 95% year to date as of September 30, the deck says. More than 50% of new revenue producers hired this year are in legacy Synovus core markets. The deck puts the client net promoter score at 68, up 2 from the first quarter, and ranks Pinnacle first against an expanded peer set. It also cites a No. 3 ranking among financial services and insurance workplaces from Great Place to Work, with 93% of employees calling it a great place to work. About 94% of roughly 8,600 team members sit under a single annual cash incentive plan, weighted 75% to earnings-per-share growth and 25% to revenue growth, with an asset quality qualifier. ## What the merger adds Pinnacle Bank, the company's banking subsidiary, offers business and consumer banking, trust, mortgage and insurance products. As of December 31, 2025, before the merger, the company had about $57.7 billion in total assets. The combined company is headquartered in Atlanta. The deck says Synovus brings specialty lines new to legacy Pinnacle clients, including agriculture, senior housing, asset-based lending and institutional trust. Pinnacle brings music, sports and entertainment, legal banking and renewable energy, among others, to legacy Synovus clients.
