The U.S. antitrust waiting period for Tempus AI's planned purchase of Personalis [expired at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on October 2](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001527753/000119312526415562/d155320d425.htm?ref=bullished.co), according to an 8-K Personalis filed Tuesday. A vote by Personalis stockholders is now the main step left.
