Millennium Management, Millennium Group Management and Israel A. Englander jointly reported owning [5.4% of Dycom's common stock](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001273087/000110465926114417/xslSCHEDULE%5F13G%5FX01/primary%5Fdoc.xml?ref=bullished.co), according to a passive ownership filing (Schedule 13G) submitted Wednesday. The position totals 1,619,369 shares.

## What the Schedule 13G says

Sole voting power is 0, and shared voting power covers 1,608,530 shares, slightly fewer than the total reported as beneficially owned.

The filing gives September 30, 2026 as the date of the triggering event. In the certification, the filers say the shares were not acquired and are not held to change or influence control of Dycom.

The filing says the securities are held by entities under the voting control and investment discretion of Millennium Management and/or other managers that Millennium Group Management and Englander may control.
