GXO Logistics, which runs warehouses and handles order fulfillment and other supply chain work for large corporations, said contracts won through the third quarter should add [$630 million](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001852244/000185224426000053/gxo-20261103.htm?ref=bullished.co) of incremental revenue in 2027\. The comparable figure at the third quarter of 2025 was $690 million, according to the company's Tuesday investor presentation.

## Wins up, forward book smaller

New business wins reached $375 million in the third quarter, against $280 million a year earlier. For the first nine months of 2026 they totaled $1,013 million, versus $814 million.

The company said more than $1 billion of annualized contracts were won this year to date. Of that, 33% came from competitors, 26% from customers outsourcing sites they had run in-house, and 41% from new activity supporting customer growth.

The sales pipeline stood at $3.1 billion as of September 30, 2026, up from $2.3 billion a year earlier, with 34% in strategic growth verticals and 43% in North America. Wins in those verticals were $122 million in the quarter, up from $43 million.

## Growth accelerates, EBITDA stalls

Revenue was $3.6 billion in the third quarter. Organic growth, which strips out currency swings, was 6.4%, which the company called the strongest in over three years. Reported revenue growth was 5.7%.

Adjusted EBITDA was flat at $251 million, and adjusted diluted earnings per share rose to $0.89 from $0.79\. Net income was $65 million.

Cash was weaker. Free cash flow fell to $85 million from $187 million, as operating cash flow dropped to $156 million from $232 million. Net leverage was unchanged at 2.7 times.

## Full-year outlook unchanged

GXO held its 2026 guidance, which it described as consistent with its prior outlook: organic revenue growth of 4% to 5%, adjusted EBITDA of $945 million to $965 million, and adjusted diluted EPS of $2.95 to $3.15\. It also targets free cash flow conversion of 30% to 40%.

As of December 31, 2025, the company had about 154,000 team members in 1,043 facilities across 26 countries, according to its annual report.

GXO said it plans to deploy its GXO IQ warehouse AI platform at about 50 sites in 2026.
