Domino's Pizza director Patricia E. Lopez told the company on October 2 that she is [retiring from its board](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001286681/000119312526417912/dpz-20261002.htm?ref=bullished.co), effective October 7, according to an 8-K filed Thursday. The filing says the move is for personal reasons.

## What the 8-K says

Lopez notified Domino's on October 2 of her decision. The retirement took effect October 7.

She advised the company that the retirement "is not the result of any disagreement with the Company's operations, policies or practices." The board, in the filing, thanked her for her years of service and her contributions.
