It lists itself as a registered investment adviser based in Austin, Texas.

The shares are owned by funds Dimensional serves: four registered investment companies, plus commingled funds, group trusts and separate accounts for which it is manager or sub-adviser. The filing says Dimensional disclaims beneficial ownership of those securities, and that to its knowledge no single fund holds more than 5% of the class.
