Dimensional Fund Advisors LP holds [5.3% of AGCO's common stock](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0000354204/000035420426001092/xslSCHEDULE%5F13G%5FX01/primary%5Fdoc.xml?ref=bullished.co), or 3,722,188 shares, according to a Schedule 13G, a passive ownership disclosure, filed Thursday. The event date in the filing is September 30.
