At Friday's close of $719.61, the gift was worth about $36.0 million, though the filing states no price for a gift.

## What he still holds

After the gift, 857,948 Class A shares remain in his direct holdings, the filing shows. Another 7,300 Class A shares sit in an indirect line: a trust for which he serves as trustee.

He also holds 960,246 Class B shares directly. Those convert into Class A at the holder's option, one for one, and have no expiration date, according to the filing's footnotes. His Class A retirement-plan line shows zero shares.
