Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, the bottler that makes and sells Coca-Cola drinks across Europe and Asia-Pacific, said third-quarter revenue rose 6.5% as reported to [€5,764 million](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1650107/000165010726000139/ccepq32026tradingupdate-1s.htm?ref=bullished.co), or 5.8% excluding currency swings. It kept its 2026 outlook unchanged, according to the company's Tuesday statement.

## Volume and price both contributed

[Volume rose 3.5%](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1650107/000165010726000139/ccepq32026tradingupdate-1s.htm?ref=bullished.co) on an average-daily-sales basis in the quarter ended October 2, with revenue per unit case up 2.2% on a comparable, currency-neutral basis. Europe grew volume 2.3% and the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia region (APS) grew 6.3%.

Europe's revenue reached €4,436 million, up 5.8% as reported and 5.2% currency-neutral. APS revenue was €1,328 million, up 9.2% as reported and 7.8% currency-neutral. For the first nine months, revenue was €16,488 million, up 5.1% as reported and 6.0% currency-neutral.

Zero-sugar Coca-Cola volume grew 9.7% in the quarter, and energy drinks grew 17.3%. Water volume rose 10.8%, helped by new listings and favourable summer weather in Europe, and sports drinks rose 10.8%.

## Gammell cites demand and weather

CEO Damian Gammell credited rising demand for zero sugar, energy and hydration, along with innovation and favourable European weather. He said the company gained share in Europe.

He also gave a cautious read: "The consumer environment remains challenging, and the geopolitical situation has impacted operating costs." Even so, he said the business "remains resilient."

Germany lagged, with volume down at a low single-digit rate because of temporary customer disruption in September. Great Britain revenue rose 9.3% as reported, helped by FIFA World Cup activation.

## Guidance, dividend and buybacks

The company reaffirmed 2026 guidance for revenue growth of 3% to 4% and operating profit growth of about 7%, on a comparable, currency-neutral basis. It also expects comparable free cash flow of at least €1.7 billion.

The board declared a second-half interim dividend of €1.42 per share, payable December 3 to holders of record on November 20\. That brings the full-year dividend to €2.24 per share, a payout ratio of about 50%.

About €880 million of the €1 billion buyback planned for the year was complete as of October 30\. The company market value was $50.7 billion in Tuesday morning trading.

The bottler reports fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results on February 18, 2027.
