## Holiday season and the Middle East

Chairman and CEO Christopher Pappas said "Momentum continued into October," as the company heads into the busy holiday season. Of its Middle East operations, which "continue to operate effectively in a challenging environment," he said revenue trends in recent weeks have been "[approximately 100% of prior-year](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2026/10/28/3390017/0/en/the-chefs-warehouse-reports-third-quarter-2026-financial-results.html?ref=bullished.co)," with food-away-from-home activity supported by local residents and expatriates returning from the summer off-season.

The company serves more than 55,000 customer locations in the United States, the Middle East and Canada, selling more than 90,000 products. Management hosted a call at 8:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday to discuss the results.

The raised outlook puts the company's full-year adjusted EBITDA target at $317 million to $321 million, against $230.4 million earned in the first 39 weeks.
