Banco Macro spent [Ps$ 6,668,484,135](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1347426/000110465926123415/tm2629163d1%5F6k.htm?ref=bullished.co) buying back its own shares, the bank said in a Thursday statement furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

## 685,000 Class B Shares Bought

The completed buyback covered 685,000 Class B common shares. Banco Macro paid an [average price](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1347426/000110465926123415/tm2629163d1%5F6k.htm?ref=bullished.co) of Ps$ 9,735.013 per ordinary share.

The shares carry one vote apiece and a par value of Ps$ 1 each.
