The sales came from trusts for her relatives under a pre-scheduled trading plan adopted on November 14, 2025. ## What the Form 4 says The filing lists six open-market sales across three trust lines. On Thursday the trusts sold 4,000 shares each for two children's trusts and 19,990 shares from a separate trust, all at $217.05\. On Friday they sold 18,656 shares each for the two children's trusts and 93,241 shares from the other trust, at $217.10. The prices are weighted averages. Each set was filled across many trades, spanning $217.00 to $217.215 for one and $217.00 to $217.35 for the other, per footnotes. Ullal serves as trustee or co-trustee of the trusts, which are held for children, relatives and a family trust. The filing says she holds shared voting and investment power but disclaims any beneficial interest. ## What it changes for her stake After the sales, the filing reports she holds 25,041,806 shares: 9,917 directly and 25,031,889 indirectly through family trusts. At Tuesday's close of $204.52, that stake is worth about $5.12 billion. The sale was roughly 0.63% of her prior position. This is the latest in a run. Counting this filing, Ullal filed nine sale reports since July 15 covering 2,465,344 shares and $509.6 million. The largest day was August 5, when she sold 1,099,495 shares for $221.2 million across three filings. Before this filing, the earlier eight reports covered 2,306,801 shares and $475.2 million. ANET closed Tuesday at $204.52, up 56.1% this year and 38.7% over 12 months, within a 52-week range of $114.52 to $217.41. ## What to watch Further Form 4 filings under the same plan would show whether the trusts keep selling at this pace.
