Arista Networks CEO and Chairperson Jayshree Ullal filed a [Form 144](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001605809/000195917326007299/xsl144X01/primary%5Fdoc.xml?ref=bullished.co) on Tuesday giving notice that she intends to sell 460,374 shares of ANET common stock, with an aggregate market value of $97.6 million.
